1Why does the product keep prompting me to pay even though I have already completed the purchase?

You need to activate your product after purchase. You will receive the order confirmation email which contains the registration information immediately after you complete payment. Enter your email and the registration code you received in the registration prompt from your product to activate it, then you can enjoy all features.

2What if I lost the registration code?

If you lost your registration code, please do not worry. you can request your original license by contacting our customer support.

3 How can I do if i don't receive the registration code after placing the order?

5 Can I cancel the subscription anytime after purchase?
